Chocolate Eclair

This is a quick and easy dessert which happens to be yummy!

3 packages French Vanilla Pudding
3 cups milk
1 16 ounce cool whip
1 box graham crackers
1 can of chocolate icing

Mix one package of pudding and 1 cup of milk at a time then mix until a little thick. Fold in cool whip. In a 13X9 dish put a layer of graham crackers then a layer of pudding mixture. Repeat layers ending with a layer of graham crackers. Melt icing a little until it will pour easily. Pour on top of graham crackers.
