Potato Soup

1 pound of Jimmy Dean Sausage
4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 14 ounce chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large one, chopped
1 cup water
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Brown sausage. Drain and return to pot. Add potatoes, onions, broth and water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk. Stir often. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with cheese on top.
